Frequently Asked Questions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is any time after 15:00; check-out is by 11:00. If the calendar allows we’re happy to arrange earlier drop-off or a later leave-time—just ask a day ahead.
Is parking really free and close by?
Yes. There’s unrestricted street parking directly in front of the building. Even in high season guests have had no trouble finding a space.
Do you supply a baby cot or high chair?
Absolutely.Both are available on request for a small additional fee. Let us know at the time of booking so we can make sure everything is ready for you.
Can we bring pets?
To keep the apartment allergen-friendly for all guests we don’t allow pets, sorry.
What linen and towels come with the booking?
Beds are made on arrival. Each guest gets a large bath towel and a hand towel. We don’t provide separate beach towels, so pack those if you need them.
How far is the beach. And do we need a car?
Praia dos Três Irmãos is roughly 7–10 min by car or about 30 min on foot. A local bus stops two minutes away, and ride-shares are inexpensive, so many guests skip renting a car altogether.
What happens if we arrive late at night?
No worries: you’ll be welcomed by our local host, who will arrange the check-in with you personally. They are available via WhatsApp if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.
