All time-frames refer to the calendar date of arrival at 15:00 (local time).
How to cancel
- Send an e-mail to info@portimaobooking.com stating your reservation number and preferred action.
- Your cancellation is only valid once we confirm by e-mail.
- Didn’t hear back within 48 h? Please call or WhatsApp us on +316 12 112675.
No-shows & early departures
- No-show (you never check in) → 0 % refund
- Early check-out (you leave before the booked end-date) → 0 % refund
- Any unused nights are considered forfeited.
Travel & cancellation insurance
Unforeseen events happen. We strongly recommend a comprehensive policy that covers:
- Trip cancellation & curtailment
- Medical expenses abroad
- Personal liability
This protects your holiday investment far beyond our own refund schedule.
Exceptional circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, offer date changes or partial credits for:
- Official travel restrictions or flight cancellations outside your control
- Severe illness (medical certificate required)
- Major property failure (e.g., water or power outage > 24 h)

By completing a reservation—online, by e-mail or phone—you confirm that you:
